Interact with NPC via C++

Hello,
I need to do one of the below things:
1. Talk (Right mouse button) to NPC(Only one npc) via C++ or any other way without clicking.
2. Move mouse(cursor) on target.
3. Lua Unlocker for 2.4.3

I have started to make an programs/cheats for WoW, but I'm still green(actually I'm still creating first one for myself) in C++ and wanted to make auto BG join and anti-AFK(which I have created).

I have stucked on joining to BG(clicking on NPC):

I will appreciate any kind of help, so even if you aren't sure if that will help, please write it.

PS. Sorry for my weak english, still learning.

EDIT:
If I will be able to move cursor over target I can use:
