PQR: Ability Check Delay.

I was recently having some very high fps drops and some lag and I started to mess around with PQR to see if I could fix the problem. I started to mess with Ability Check Delay option and I set it to 500ms finding great improvement, but I have no idea what I actually did... Can anybody here be kind enough to explain me wth this ability is for? Thank you very much.

from my understanding, it governs how often (in milliseconds) it tries to shoot/receive packets of data to/from your wow.exe

Refire profile every X milliseconds. At 500 it is half a second. Human reflexes are around 330.

Usually 200 should be enough but if you comp sux it's fine to go higher.

I think I got it now, that explains the lag, it was set at 10ms. Thanks!
