    Question about Automation detection

I've written a small program that moves the mouse cursor on the screen and sends a mouse click event to ffxiv.exe. Final fantasy has to be in the foreground as its a physical click on the screen.
How easy would it be for the developers to detect something like this? I'm not 100% familiar with windows programming and how to determine the source of a message.

Rofl here we have developers who can't code basic secure client server interaction or secure their database and you are asking about an injected mouse click hahaha. Just to let you know about memory reading and virtual keypress/mousepress, you can detect them but the developers will not do anything about it because many devices/drivers do exactly that, send virtual keypresses so they would have to ban innocent people hence it will never be a bannable offense. Same goes for memory reading, it can be detected but an antivirus can read any section of the memory so they would have to ban people for using an antivirus. Therefore it is safe to assume that sending virtual keypresses is safe 100%.

...Are you kidding me ? You are mocking another developer who does not know something and asks for help ? Guess you never used Stackoverflow and knew everything from birth, yeah?
