Mysql not working

Ok, first off
1, I'm sure this emulator works fine, so do not flame about me complaining.
2, Ive worked with Mysql before, making daoc servers, rag servers, and personal game servers. Im not a newb at it, so dont flame me about being a newb either.
3. DONT FLAME!

Now to the question:
Ok, im having problems setting up the server, im a bit confused. When i install Mysql, do you want me to use Mysql 5? if so, when it asks for a password, what should i put.

When it asks you for a password, Just put it anything you want, You will need it later for Conf files so remember it
