website help please

Okay guys i need someone to help me. I downloaded wamp i puted site in www folder i made the config and the httpd files but when i start my server it sasy root-password yes couse its not the same as the my sql from wamp so can someone tell me how to change the password of the my sql in wamp or please post me a noob guide for making website with julianax repack

Now my internet is getting upgraded for no cost extra whatsoever (its actually £8 cheaper every month) and its gonna be 4 tiems as fast, im gonna make a website so people can sign up on my server.
So, i need help on how to making a website for this
