GamingEVOLVED Map editor... true?

I guess almost everybody who knew what Noggit was ever wondered if there's one that is working on 2.1.3 and not only on 2.0.12... Well I think its here. Scam? Maybe. Who knows? Maybe someone here could say if its true.

THis is true, atleast that they have a map editor. I know several ways to get it, but I'm afraid i can't just give it out. :/
Anyway, i would recomend to NOT BUY IT!

It is so bugged at the time, its actully scary. WHen you look at a map, you have to navigate with the objects on the map, you cant see the terrain.

You cant really lower and higher the terrain, unless you want it to be so bugged its scary...
