Looking for a new computer.

Hey there,

As the title says, I'm looking for a new computer- Mine's pretty much dead. I think last night I got 3 fps walking through Org (World of Warcraft). Basically, I want to either A)buy a laptop (see:lenovo y410/y500) that just happens to have a dedicated video card, or b) build a computer, for the first time ever.

See, my budget(monitor, keyboard, etc. included) tops out around the 800 mark, but if I could possibly get away with less, because that's a minimum of a month away. I'm relatively a n00b at computer building, seeing as I've never done it, but.. I've read some, mostly outdated, posts on the internet. So.. advice? A build?

The computer is literally for World of Warcraft, a bot(Honorbuddy/Lazybot), and to get my feet wet in programming while I start school. Laptop is obviously more convenient, but I get that it's kinda asking a lot.

My strongest advice is to build it yourself, provided you know how. Go to newegg.com and buy the parts you want for relatively cheap. My brother built himself one just as good as mine (mine was $900 at BestBuy), and he only spent $300 and a bit of time building it.

So, I was just cruising CL on my phone at work, and I found a computer with these specs pretty cheap, could do some minor upgrading if necessary, but what do you guys think?

Pretty much all the info they gave was:
Windows 7 64bit

Intel core i5-2500k cpu @ 3.30GHz

8 GB ram

AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series Video card.
