How To Open Tickets

my master addon Put this folder in your addon folder. Make Sure to enable it.

Now log on and...

1. do .gmticket get
2. do /join gm_sync_channel
3. open my master ticket addon, which is locked on the minimap
4. press get ticket
5. do .gmon
6. do .allowwhispers (person of the ticket your about to open)
7. open ticket
8. then do /w (pesons name) (your anwser)
9. last do .blockwhispers (person of ticket you just anwsered)

um...sorry but i did not understand. What does this addon actually do. Generaly?.

it allows you to view the Ticket Information, like, if you are in game without this addon, you are not able to view the info of what they typed.

or, for mangos
.ticket (shows how many there is)
.ticket 1 (show ticket 1)
.delticket [name of ticket maker] (delete ticket)

CAnt get it to work... when i do /join gm_sync_channel it wont tell in the chat list i have... Can you rewright the My_master to work with another channel? because i need it badly.

I have downloaded the My_Master addon.
It's enabled and the button / tab is on the minimap.
Thing is .. The gm_sync_channel is in gray. I cannot open or recieve tickets and it doesnt alert me when one has been opened. Help?

thank you, I had the add-on before but didnt know you had to be in the GM channel. +rep
