Addon Maker for a new game guide website.

I'm looking for some one that can help start up our addon for our game guide website (similar to zygor, dugi, etc) The difference would be our are a lot cheaper. I'm looking for some one that either wants to join the team (we split the profits evenly) Or just make it for us in exchange for a down payment.

Additional Information

Needs to have a waypoint arrow (could use tomtom)
Needs to have a box on the side with the quests.
Needs to have recommended zones, at certain levels (waypoint arrow points to it)

I have some source code from our last addon the source code includes all the text needed and the waypoints that tomtom needs. And the quests to take.
