Cause without merging to your mainacc u do not have a chance to get your mounts/pets on the 2nd acc.

After payment had already been made for my name change, and it failed, they edited their post here 3 days ago to include a disclaimer about a chance of failure and a no refund policy. I believe this was made in hindsight to avoid doing any actual service and to preclude giving a refund when no name change was forthcoming. Avoid.

We attempted to change your name twice, but as you were told on skype as well. Blizzard refused to change your name because of earlier warnings on the account involved. There is nothing we can do about that.

You should refund him as least some percentage of the payment.

This is totally not fair.

I would not do business with such person.
