    Paypal says I have insufficient funds for some reason, is there any way I could send the fee direct to your email?

    try convert money between currencies , if ur main currency is pounds or euros and you try to buy with dollars it will give this error

    I have already converted my currency account to pounds with dollars. Thanks for your help. Actually, i was getting error message form PayPal regarding funds insufficiency for getting cc fish plus.
