As you may know the server is 1x rates of everything and takes quite a lot of effort to acquire gear. I don't have time for this anymore so I thought I'd just sell it to somebody that will make use out of it.

Yes, that's correct. The private server is hosted by Wow-one, the same folks that operate Archangel and Warsong. They launched Emerald Dream last August and are currently on Blackwing Lair progression.
