    i need help please help me set up my server

    well i followed the tutorial "how to make a publick server with hamachi and with out" but it made no sence or atleast to me i did all the stuff in it and it still dont work for me please help me i had 3 ppl say the tut was rite and i need navicat and mysql but idk please help me

    If you don't know what are or how to use MYSQL/Navicat, Then you really shouldn't be setting up a server
