LF GUIDE, new WoW-tool

Hi,

I'm currently developing a new tool and every release I need the following offsets for x64 and x86:
public enum Chat
{
chatBufferStart = 0xCDE728,
NextMessage = 0x17C8,
msgFormatedChat = 0x45,
chatBufferPos = 0xD37EA0,
}

Since I'm a total noob when it comes to finding memory addresses I would like to request an exact guide on how to get these / or address-updates every time WoW updates.
As a reward your name will be included in the about box of this new application and you will have eternal fame ;-)

Reason im not posting in Memory Editiing section: I'm looking to be spoonfed, because I don't have the time to completely learn IDA and memory searching.
