50 Referrals on EUW to lvl 10

As the topic says i am looking for someone who can do 50 referrals for the medieval twitch skin and the rest of the stuff that goes with it.

When it comes to payment i am willing to pay 20e for this service. Will pay 10e when half of referrals are done, and 10e at the end.

Also i am not planning to get banned, so if i get a warning that i might get a referral ban, u will be compensated for what u have done and thats about it.

I can pay with Mooneybookers, cuz in my banana country paypal doesnt work properly still.
