[Request] PQR TBC Offsets

Hello guys.
Does anyone can edit offsets to 8606 Build(2.4.3) and upload working ver. of the progam for that expansion.
I'm not lazy. Tried to editing offsets before with using that thread: http://www.ownedcore.com/forums/worl...ml#post2188904 ([BETA] PQRotation - an automated ability priority queue.)
but nothing happened:

I'm not 100% sure, but would all private server offsets not be differant?

So, i've used PQR at many private servers and it's working. I guess offsets - client part, not server.
I know that Xelper can make that works, but it's unreal to contact to him:'(
