    Ascent Quest Creator/Guide/help

    So I have everything done to the best of my knowledge, But the Questgiver never has the ! but it does have the golden ? 24/7 (I made it repeatable on purpose) I never have the option to GEt the quest. So I was wondering if there is a guide, or a app. that can help me make quests. Or can someone tell me the problem?
