    I can only think of 2.

    WoW Plus: Isn't available anymore since Jadd got threatned by blizzard (they were gonna sue him i think?)

    And then there is one very similar to WoW Plus, but i just can't remember the name...
    I think the name was something with "Fire" and a "X"?
