[Marvel Heroes] Increase XP/Rarity boost duration

Items which "Increase power duration by x%" also affect XP and Rarity Boosts, both the potions and the temp buffs you receive from Fortune Cards.

Dr. Doom's medal has this stat on it, I managed to get a +73% from him, this gives a usually 1 hour potion the duration of 1h42 and 30 mins become 52 mins.

Awesome one. I was wondering why I was getting more than an hour when I used them.

On a side note, you only need to have it equipped when you consume the potion/card, you can switch it once you have the buffs.
