Acc Page Problem ...

Hi all, sorry for the question but i have problem with my Account page i use WAMP5 and i used one of the guides here to make it i use and the guide to make my server public ... but when i start my Acc page .. i can only open it ... when someone else try he had "Forbidden Page" someone have an idea what could make the problem ?

Have you forwarded port 80?

The emu section had a wipe. we lost most pages and work.
