Account merging

Read blue post, so this obviously means it isn't automated now, does having to have contact with support make this more difficult?

i just tried to merge an account, made a support ticket and blizzard responded by stating they will only merge the account if i took a picture or scanned a copy of the cd key associated with the sor account. So much for buying/selling sor accounts now.

Ouch, it does seen however that this has been reverted back to auto now! Thank fcuk!!
