I got one for 72 hours from farming the Pirate Boss a few weeks back, although iirc they said specifically that it was 72 hours in the email i got.

It should tell you how long you have been banned for in your e-mail. I had one of my accounts banned and it only lasted 72 hours as Mortox mentioned.

My friend got a "temporary ban" when the pirate farming and one shot gf exploit was going on. He's still not unbanned. Good luck

I doubt it's a perma ban as they are threatening account closure as a worse punishment if you were to do it again.

It has now been a little bit over 72 hours since I've received their suspension e-mail. Account still banned. Oh well. Time to uninstall this POS game and move to TESO.

yup, no duration = most likely permanent; temp. suspension is a template mail pwe use for all their games.
you can try sending in a ticket confirming the status of the 'temp suspension', but it is likely you will not be receiving a reply anytime soon.
