Problem getting PQR to run

I'm new to using PQR and I'm having a problem getting it to work at all.

I'm using Mentally's Frost Mage profile and have PQR Version 2.2.1. I've also downloaded PQInterface off of his post. I am able to attach PQR to my character and I can see the PQInterface addon in WoW, but it says PQR: Not Loaded.

Whenever I press Alt + x in WoW I get the following error:

I've searched online all day and can't find any answers. Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure you're running the 32 bit client, and also have the latest NET framework.
