I enjoy the game and paid some too, but i also expect my auctions to come back when the AH returns into play. Else i'll also start a claim for some parts of my invested money related to the loss of the auctions.

They had a major exploit over the weekend and are fixing it. The game is in BETA and is subject to problems. Your money is hardly lost and you need to have some patience.
When the AH comes back up the items will be sent back to you. They stated that right here:

Q: What will happen to auctions that expired during the rollback window?
A: We do not anticipate that Auction House items will be lost. All items posted on the Auction House are still there, but do not show up as the Auction House is currently offline.
Auctions will expire as intended, though they will not be sent back immediately. They will be sent back when Auction House services are re-enabled.
Q: When will the Auction House and Astral Diamond Exchange become available?
The Astral Diamond Exchange is currently open, and we're working on bringing the Auction House back up as soon as possible. While we do not have an ETA of when the Auction House will be available again, we do know that it will not be before Thursday, 5/23, Pacific Time.
Try doing a little searching before you get all bitchy about how you aren't getting an instant response from support about a BETA when the question was already answered on the forums. I love how people just ignore the BETA tag and expect to have everything served on a platter. Just because you hand over your dirty little dollars does not entitle you. You don't get to dictate whatever you want about how a company operates. I know a lot of people think this way, but its not true. You have given your money in exchange for your keys, you admitted that you got your keys, you even admitted to using your keys. So in all reality it has NOTHING to do with your real money purchase at all. So suck it up buttercup and quit being so butthurt over something that happens to ALL games.
Don't play if you don't want, but don't come here looking for sympathy because you are just making yourself look like a whining idiot. Seriously, bitching and swearing at an automated response? Were you born yesterday? You do realize that means that no one has looked at your email yet and they are just letting you know that someone will get to it.

You should really wait for the AH to come back up before you call it quits.
But having said that, yes, PWE's customer support is extremely pathetic. In the last day or two they've apparently made the decision to give up on any tickets put in since launch. Everyone is getting the standard '**** off' email from them. I lost about 50k AD from their multiple mail bug the second or third day of open beta. They finally responded yesterday with this almost exact email. It's not even worth it to file the ticket again.
