Well, in all fairness you are suspicious.

I paid € 20 by PayPal when you told me the attached creditcard to that account had issues. You went to the bank, got a new creditcard which you attached your new PayPal account.

Next thing you ask me is to make a dispute to get my € 20 back, which I did but am not sure if I will get my money back. Then you ask me to transfer another € 20 to your new account so I would get the details of the LoL account.

Smells like alot of bullshit to me.

No , i had really problems with paypal if you want get on skype i can sharescreen with you, i had to make a new one, and yes you will get your money back...
