2 WoW Accounts same IP? Banned? HELP!

Hey everyone, i have a quick question.

My brother is botting WoW on his laptop. We are using the same internet/network, that means we both got the same IP. Im playing WoW aswell, but on another computer and without botting. I just play fair. Is there any chance that i can get banned on my WoW account just because my brother is botting WoW on his? It depends on which account is botting and not which IP, right? :confused::confused:

Maybe... I once speedhacked with cheat engine for fun and got banned for 3 days, 2 days later my friend came to my house and played on his account on my computer while i had no hacks or whatsoever on, and he got banned for 3 days aswell.

What?! That sucks..why should somone get banned if he is not even botting. >

This has only happened to me once, a long time ago. Wait until other people answer and then decide what to do.

If it is like this, which i highly doubt, force your brother to use a VPN!

Sorry, but i'm pretty new to botting, what is a VPN?

Yeh i can also confirm IP banns happen since once i was boting on 4 accounts and played on another account on another PC but same IP and got hited on all 5 . Lucky for me it wasn't my main acc.

VNP = Virtual IP Network , and you can buy one around the internet.

But now depends where you live :P In Romania for example an internet connection can cost something around 10-15 euro per month and is even dynamic IP (change every reset) ^^ so in this case i rather spend for a 2nd connection than use a VNP for my main PC/main account ^^

So is this only when me and my brother plays at the same time, i mean i play WoW and he is botting, or is there a different if i dont play when he is botting, for example, i play from 15:00 to 16:00, then he is botting from 16:00 to 18:00, and after that i play again from 18:00 to 19:00. We play and bot at different times,

they banned 20+ of my accounts that were connected to one IP. these included ones with no game time and not played in years lol... so yes, you are ****ed.
