Help with Quicktrack issue

Ok, I had been using Quicktrack until I started getting a Configuration System failed to initialize error. I had just went from my after market video card to the onboard one. My old card died. And updated the drivers for my onboard. I've tried multiple things: reinstalling, trying older versions, repairing and reinstalling .NET, all to no avail. I have been trying other tracker/radar programs, but still prefer Quicktrack. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Have you tried starting in admin?(usually works with stuff like this)
