he sent payment, using .co.jp address
claiming japanese in australia
using lv1 char with no achi (strictly said in my thread , only trading with fellow players)
i dont like that im prone to chargeback payment
he requested refund, i did a full refund
he claimed 3$ fee was taken by paypal
i tried sending 3$ fee just to shut him up, but a warning message by paypal occurred:
"This recipient is currently unable to receive money."
tried offering 3k gold , didnt want, keep threatening to report etc

offered sell at lesser amount, at 20k, he asked for 100k, i said i can take the risk of chargeback by suspicious pp address at 20k gold, he doesnt want and keep on being stubborn
