LF Teleport / XYZ Hack for 4.3.4

I'm playing on wow.freakz.ro and looking for a Teleport / XYZ hack. I found H-WoW but it didn't work for 4.3 and for other programs like CMemory or WoWExt i cant find a working download.

Is there any XYZ / Teleport Hack for 4.3 ?
