FIXED - CORRUPT .NET framework after 2 reinstalls it has worked for me

Hi guys!
Hope you are all well

I've trawled through the forum for a couple of days now and tried all sorts.
I'm having the exact same problem as this thread

However, I've tried everything he has done and what he used to fix it but I have had no luck!

Any suggestions?

Go through the pqr forum and find the new offsets.
