ArcEmu fresh compile error-HELP please-

So I'm new to all this, it's my first time trying to compile a fresh core and I've run into a roadblock. Below is a copy+paste of the error showing up in my C++ express 10 when I try to click on the 'ad' program after copying the stuff to my WoW directory. Hope someone can help please,thanks. P.S. be nice, I'm a noob with no dev or programming experience at all,lol. Thanks again.

EDIT:additional imformation- I'm using the step-by-step instructions from www.ArcEmu.org for this compile,for anyone thats wondering exactly what stage im on when this error came up.
