So I am under IoT, here's how I did it.

1. There is a boat up on the East side in the water (keep traveling north until you see it)
2. Once you see the boat, go about 100 yards in front of it and wait for it to move.
3. Once it does, try to jump into the front of it (it will block you, but treat you as you are still on the boat and will do so for quite some distance).
4. Once you are on the plane with the boat, aim yourself at a rock and you will clip it, then go down and away from the boat until you are off it's plane (it's water not air, so you will not fall.
