Request for a Modified Addon

Hello everyone! So, I was browsing Curse and WoWInterface today to see if I could find anything interesting, and then suddenly I remembered an old addon I used to use back in ICC days (some of you may remember it) it was called AVR, short for Augmented Virtual Reality. Long story with unnecessary details short, it was like DBM but it drew things on the ground for you. It was probably the most useful addon ever created. Now, I don't know anything about, well anything, but would it be possible to re-boot this now illegal addon? Whether in the form of another addon, or a third party program attached to WoW. If so, I'd love to see that done! Thanks everyone.

maybe you could try with lua unlocker but the addon has been forbidden by blizzard and the API/lua functions are denied/broken.

Ah, I see. Didn't know if there was a way around this. Thanks for the info.
