Firstly, you should be a high discipline Demon Hunter. As we all know, the movement speed of Demon Hunter is the fastest, the 24% movement speed addition from Diablo 3 Items and the 60% movement speed increased by passive skill. Barbs have 40% sprint 20% from wrath and they will most likely kill everything by running by it. they'll get the same 84% move speed. and the max is 25 It's just people normally only wear 2 12% items
