I tried his service and this is how it went:

Day 1: They logged on with a proxy service and although I was skeptical about the whole thing, they were very nice on skype and lead me through the steps of resetting my password, etc. They achieved a rating of 2000 on the first day, with a very decent w/l ratio. Throughout the time they were on, they were telling me how things were going and what was happening. After they logged off, they told me they logged off.

Day 2: They asked me if they could log on before logging on, which is something that most people don't do. This day, they achieved 2200 rating and logged off. Same thing as before, they were very nice and told me what was happening.

Day 3: They got me gladiator rating! I didn't have to pay until I got the rating, which is something that I appreciated a lot. These guys were very nice throughout the process and made me wish I paid for a boost on more characters. Would recommend them to anyone. They even offered to maintain rating in case something funky happens in the last week.
