Got two battlechest keys to test last night.
Seller claimed they were 5 days old (which means they are through verification proccess which is max 72h), but they did not work @ /2 or whisper ingame because they have not gone through verification.

Today, i tested the accounts again, but they are now Temporary Disabled because of payment issue.
Beware of this seller, there's a good chance you will get scammed.

Is there any way to report this guy to paypal and close it's account ?
Probably if paypal sees more verified users that reported him will take action against him and get some of our money back.

You can chargeback the money from paypal if you did not pay with gift.
