I'm not sure what you mean by when will the game be able to be played, open beta started on the 23rd and it's a "soft release," there will be no more character wipes so anything you do in open beta carries over to release.

It´s not very hard to write a few hacks for this game, including maphack, camerahack, no shadowhack (in caves), chickenhack and stuff like that

ZilianOP is using a private bot for PoE, you just need to wait for him to slip up and expose the bot window.
