New Ability: Give CoreCoins When Giving Reputation

Now when you give +Rep to a post, you also have the option to give that user CoreCoins as well. You can give up to 5,000 CC and a post itself can receive 250K max CC. I believe it's a great way to reward great content and members. Please let me know what you think.
