Need help! I got scammed

I got scammed talking someone on Skype. Took the money and ran. Payment method was paypal and he did a charge back. Is there a way to find people where their living address is.

Google his paypal, you might get lucky

But no ... not really, paypal will not give you his personal information, and you will not get his IP, even if you do, chances are he is using a proxy.

How much were you scammed for?

300$. He won the case and there was nothing I could do as a seller. Bank demanded to be an item or proof of tracking number. I'm mega pissed. Not to mention the deal was done three weeks ago. The info on his paypal is most likely fake, but I have no idea how is he verified with all that info I saw. I want to hunt him down.
