What should I upgrade on my pc

I am looking to start streaming more( kind of as a part-time job) and I was wondering what I should upgrade my pc before I start doing that.

Specs:

CPU: AMD Phenom II X3 Processor
Memory: 8.0 GB Ram
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250

The computer is little over three years old and I am trying to figure out if I should just save up to buy a new one. Or if I should replace some parts to get by.

I am okay with my monitors at the moment and the rest of my hardware is fine.

Pick up a new barbone kit... You can virtually build a completely new computer (with pretty damned good specs) for $600-$800 as long as you use previous components (HDD, CD Drive, etc).
