TF Passive Bug

Hi friends,

TF currently has a bug where he lends the enemy his passive after they kill him. I've had two games against him thusfar, one as Rumble and the other as Urgot. Both games I received his passive after I killed him.

There are also reports of champions being able to walk right out of J4's ult. Can't confirm or deny yet at this time.

I can confirm the TF bug on NA, had it happen to me as well as playing urgot, maybe it only affects a few champs? I'm not sure. Would love to hear back on J4 bug.
