I've been looking for a decent Arcane profile for a while, and was wondering what sort of numbers you get relative to your ilvl with this profile. I would try it myself, but I really don't feel like spending another 2k to regem/enchant in order to see the numbers this pulls.

I have a 483 ilvl and Im pulling around 60-65k on a dummy.

Sounds good, I've been testing other profiles and they only managed around 40-50k So i'll give this a whirl later.

When i try profile, it just stands there, does it have to be tested on a non target dummy? Made sure up to date PQR and have LUA file in data folder, any suggestions?

Most profiles need you to open with an offensive spell for it to kick in in-combat, have you tried that?

I use it in my own raids. It was my personal profile till i noticed there wasn't an up to date one. Anyways, Yes you have to initiate combat. i.e. Use a spell/get hit by a spell.

Decided to respec after finishing all my LFR's as I have mostly mastery pieces anyway. The profile works well, however it never uses scorch and always drops stacks using Barrage. Is this intended? Scorch weaving seems to be a much more efficient way to keep your mana up.

Scorch is used as a last option, It will cast barrage/Fireblast before it cast scorch. and Barrage being such a low CD it may take 3-5 GCD's before it actually gets to Scorch. If you dont want it to cast barrage while moving PM me and ill try to explain how to fix that.

Edit: Tried Scorch weaving. As of now i'm seeing better results without scorch weaving. Although they are pretty close.

Then you aren't reforged/gemmed to heavy haste and using Frost Armor, or you're doing it wrong :P
