Is there a way to see where the profiles waypoint are on the map without using a bot?

so what i am asking is there is a way to know where are those waypoint on the map. just by knowing the waypoint coords

Get a map addon, open the profile up in a text editor, look at coords, go back to wow and open the map and use your cursor to find the matching coordinates. However, profiles dont use the same coordinates as the client for wow allows the user to see. The bot pulls the coordinates from the meshes in data files, not the client.
example of it not matching: shriine of two moons is (not really but for this) 120,55 in the client. in the profile, the same location is 1250,1500,70 (profiles also use Z axis).

bump! so what iam lookinng for is how to covert the world coordinate into screen and viceversa, but i am looking for a simple cause i dont have memory editing skills
