he asks for you to login his steam acc on your own computer and add money to his steam account hoping people to forget to disable saving information of your card/paypal. I ask why he doesnt use paypal, he said his paypal is limited, for a person who writes "selling mop keys" on his information; not using paypal and asking for a stupid thing like this...

well, any how having 1 rep and going outside paypal is suspicious, especially when u sell the key so cheap, why not take paypal create a nw PP account, and recieve 6 bucks, then use that acc to buy steam wallet...?
