I must retract my vouch. The guy gave me a HB Key for a vouch/rep. I was happy with this. And then he messaged me the next day and ask me if I wanted to buy his profiles. We worked out a price, I paid him in gold, he logged and removed me from Skype.

So in short, guy is a SCAMMER and should be thus tagged.
