    Edit: I contacted him to sell 130 k and he said "Yes I can. Just Give me your paypal i will send funds and you give me golds easy deal"
    Then after i told him i require Verified PP + Gift + the fact i will e-mail him and i will need a confirmation that he owns that PP account + e-mail things witch should make the deal safer and should not take more than 3 extra min, he said "Ok give me a minute, i need to reload my credit card on paypal " After one hour asked him if we will still deal or not and he replied "sorry but my PP is limited".

    Not saying he is not legit or safe but for now for me seeing he just joined in Oct 2012 and he is already 39rep + Donator+CCuser and after i asked him these few safety steps he said wait then he canceled/delayed the deal...he is at least weird or strange and i may not deal with him after all...
