You will go first. Before you trade, we will review the guild. If it is decent and fits our requirements, we will buy. Otherwise, we will decline. We accept EU OR US guilds. After you give us the guild, we will give you the money. Money is sent as a gift or a service (your choice), with a note attached saying what you want. Before you send the money, we REQUIRE you to confirm an email that will be sent to you within 5 minutes. All Purchases are final, we will not give you 100$ more for your guild just because it got picked for our weekly server queue, even after we bought it! SORRY!

That's a thread with his "vouches' in it. I would evaluate the possibilities that this guy is a rip off before considering his terms.
