Impending Victory help

Hello

I am using the SM warrior profile. I have noticed that it does not use impending victory for my spec. Does not use victory rush either btw. I want to add it and I have added the simple code

if UnitPower("player") > 60
then
return true
end

to the ability in the ability editor. I then inserted it into the rotation above Wild Strike. It still cast Wild Strike and completely skips Impending victory. I am new to this so I have no idea what the error might be.

I would also like to add that the ability should only be cast if the players health is below 60%

Try using spell ID : 34428 instead of spell ID: 103840. I couldn't for the life of me get 103840 to work, but i read somewhere that 34428 might work and it does. Only problem is i want pqr to use it whenever it's available, but it only works after a kill. I guess it's better than nothing, lol.
