Permabanned for gold selling (twice now)

After the first time, I thought I was being unlucky or stupid - but now I'm wondering what I managed to do to get banned. I sell to gold resellers, and on this second account have sold barely 5Million before it being Perma banned, anyone else experiencing anything similar?

Other accounts which were involved, botting and traded gold with my seller account are untouched, however, so I'm not sure what it is.

No. Never anything of the sort. The only "incriminating" evidence is the actual mail transaction.

Was the selling account a low level char ? I had a low level selling account (selling to some resellers too) that was only one day old, level 10 toon and it got banned in one day after selling 7mio with it. The main acc is untouched tough, it has 4 level 50 in it and is playing "normaly" mostly.

Hmm, maybe that's it - I was levelling a char on Republic, but sold some on a low level Empire character too, so maybe that's it.

Well, if you have a seller character, think about this: every time you give gold to it via trade/mail, that could be considered a GOLD TRANSACTION on Bioware's end. So if you had to mail gold to seller toon, then mail that gold, the seller toon was involved in two different transaction dealing with credits. This to me would look suspicious, or if not that, would flag you as an in game reseller. Maybe that is the issue you are experiencing. I sell about 1 M credits every other day and I am still good. One account is suspended, but I think it was for botting, not sure though, no email.

Yep, same here, really anoying, try to trade F2F and less via mail, seems to help

It's simple, avoid the mail system. Got a friend there are selling for a few bucks/day, and he took alot of bans in the beginning aswell, by working over ingame mails.
Do it face to face, and you should be face.
And then use your common sense, do never post anything regarding goldselling ingame, and such.

Yeah trade seems to be really safe..havent heard of anyone get banned for buying / selling via trade.
