So, I finally did it! My repack is done. There are many flaws, but not nearly as many as most repacks.
Most classes work. Priests are the only class running under 90% working(APPROXIMATELY)

Known bugs:
Magmadar in Molten Core has over 100m Health
Malchazzar in Karazhan occasionally crashes the core on pull.
The Orb of Domination in Blackwing Lair does not mind control the first boss.
The Lich King in Icecrown Citadel does not pull correctly.
Sindragosa in Icecrown Citadel does not pull correctly.

Please be sure to make me aware of bugs!
